Returns & Exchanges
STANDARD MERCHANDISE
We want you to be confident in your Vision Apparel purchase.
Eligible standard merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, merchandise must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In its original condition
- Returned with the original tags attached
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Before returning merchandise, please contact VisionApparelonline@gmail.com so we can assist you with your return or exchange.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If your requested replacement item, size, or color is unavailable, an eligible return may instead be refunded to the original payment method.
REFUNDS
Once an eligible return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
After Vision Apparel issues the refund, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or other financial institution.
CUSTOMIZED ORDERS
All customized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Because customized merchandise is produced specifically for your order, please carefully review your selections before completing your purchase.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly at VisionApparelonline@gmail.com.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs showing the item and problem.
Please do not return the merchandise before contacting us. Vision Apparel will review the issue and provide instructions for the appropriate next step.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us within one business day of placing the order.
We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or production.
Customized orders cannot be changed or canceled once customization or production has begun.
